Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena adanya perubahan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang berkembang dengan pesat dan membawa banyak perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Pendidikan dewasa ini harus dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan sesuai jamannya. Untuk itu diperlukan kehandalan Manajemen Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan. Maju mundurnya pendidikan disekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam memanage setiap komponen sekolah. Serta kemampuan kepala sekolah berkaitan dengan pemahaman dan pengetahuan terhadap manajemen dan tugas-tugas yang harus dilaksanakannya. Kepala sekolah perlu melakukan interaksi yang berkualitas dan dinamis dengan para guru, tenaga administrasi, dan peserta didik yang memainkan peran sangat penting terutama dalam penyesuaiaian berbagai aktivitas sekolah dengan tuntutan globalisasi, perubahan masyarakat, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Pendekatan metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, analisis yang digunakan peneliti adalah triangulasi data Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah melaksanakan manajemen sekilah secara professional, menjadi teladan, motivator, kepala sekolah telah menjalankan fungsi manajemen dengan baik, Kepala sekolah telah membuat terobosan baru dengan mengintegrasikan beberapa elemen kurukulum yaitu Komponen pesantren salaf, komponen pesantrean modern ala Pondok Pesantren Modern Gontor dan Kurikulum Nasional Departemen Pendidikan Dan kebudayaan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkat mutu Pendidikan dan menjawab tantangan global.
The purpose of this research is to find out about learning management for Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila as an effort to achieve competency and character values that is in accordance with the Pancasila profile through project-based learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The location of this research is at SMP Bina Taruna Bojongsoang Kabupaten Bandung. The subject of this research is management learing in Kurikulum Merdeka. Data collection techniques were carriid out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The result of the study show that the management of learning for Projek Penguatan profil Pelajar Pancasila through management functions is affective and meaningful.

Strengthening character education through planting multicultural values into the basic values of culture and national character. The culture and character education of this nation can be developed from the religious values and ideology of the Indonesian nation which are formulated in the goals of national education. Character is the main key to developing quality resources. That way the character must be formed as early as possible.
Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) is the most basic level educational institution which is a continuation of the Raudhatul Athfal (RA) or Kindergarten (TK) level in formal education in Indonesia, which is managed by the Ministry of Religion. The problem is whether partially and simultaneously Motivation, Work Ethic and Work Discipline on Teacher Work Productivity. The technique in the research was carried out by means of a questionnaire by distributing a list of questions to respondents as many as 40 teachers. The research shows that the Fcount value is 544.007 with a significant level of 0.00. Because Fcount 544.007> Ftable 2.87 and the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05, namely 0.00 t table 1.688 with a significant 0.046 < 0.05, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant effect of Work Motivation on Work Productivity. The results of the work ethic variable test, the value of tcount -3.848 < t table 1.688 with a significant 0.000> 0.05, meaning that it is partially influential but not significant on work ethics on work productivity. The result of the work discipline variable test, tcount 4,912 > t table 1,688 with a significant 0,000 > 0.05, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Work Productivity. While the adjusted R square is 0.977, this means that 97.8% of the variation in Work Productivity can be explained by the independent variable Work Motivation, Work Ethic, Work Discipline, while the rest (100% - 97.7% = 2.3%) can be explained by other independent variables.
