This study aims to identify the strategic assumptions of Belawan Ceramics Market with a descriptive method approach. By compiling results from the perspective of customers and traders, this study analyzes strategic assumptions with the SWOT analysis tool. The results showed that consumers who came were consumers who had repeatedly visited the Ceramic Market, but the loyalty of visitors decreased for the fourth visit. Tourist considerations for visiting the Belawan Ceramics Market are diverse types of merchandise, traditional bargaining systems, interactions with direct traders, as well as structuring shopping space that is not rigid with social accessibility in the form of local community acceptance (especially traders) towards foreigners. From the SWOT analysis conducted, it was found that the strategies that could be carried out to develop the Belawan ceramics market were: opening stores early, adding collections of unique items, expanding promotions through social media, pentahelix synergy for more effective development, price competition considerations in accordance with the quality of the goods being marketed, complementing supporting tourism utilities such as lighting facilities and increasing the role of government and community self-help to increase the sense of security for visitors / tourists.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of income, distance traveled, means of transportation used, and eating or drinking on the expenditure of tourists to the Karo Regency water tourism field. The analysis procedure used in this research is multiple regression analysis with 93 respondents. The results of the research show that income has a positive and significant impact on tourist spending on the subject of the Tirta tourism field in Karo Regency. Mileage has a positive and important impact on tourist spending on the subject of the Karo Regency water tourism field. The vehicles used have a positive and important impact on tourist spending on the subject of the water tourism field in Karo Regency. Eating or drinking has a positive and important influence on tourist spending on the subject of the Karo Regency water tourism field.
The tourism industry is a potential product that is seen as having an important role in national development, so it is not surprising that Indonesia pays special attention to the tourism industry. UMKM is an expected contribution from the private sector to improve the local and national economy. One of the MSMEs that deserves to be developed in the Lake Toba area is honey UMKM. Creative economy MSMEs have a great influence on regional development, especially in the empowerment of people who do not have a job. At least the individuals in the community can meet their personal needs and stay out of poverty. The role of MSMEs is to reactivate other sectors, such as distribution and transport services, production land rental services, the manufacturing industry to make production machines, the packaging industry, advertising services (advertising), the marketing and product brand design services. With the development of tourist villages in Karo Regency, it will become an attraction for domestic and foreign tourists and support creative industries in the surrounding area, such as UMKM honey. The contribution of the creative economy in the Indonesian economy and culture with socio-cultural diversity is a source of inspiration in the development of the creative economy in Indonesia. The results of honey production at Karo Regency and its partners are currently difficult to market outside North Sumatra province due to the unappealing and unhygienic quality of honey packaging and marketing patterns that are still traditionally.
This study uses a research model to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of CEO Duality and foreign ownership on Sustainability Report moderated by Internal Audit Function. The variables used in this research model are the number of sustainability disclosure, CEO duality and foreign ownership and internal audit. The research sample consisted of LQ45 company that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016 - 2018. Based on sampling using the purposive sampling method, the samples used in this study were 45 companies with a three-year period producing 135 sample units. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis with the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) estimation method or the Smallest Square Method for time series data. R square adjusted value is already above 50 percent more, so the model is considered good enough. If seen above is the result of the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value of 0.6848 so this shows that the total independent variable is able to explain variation and contribute to the dependent variable that is equal to 68.48 percent and the rest by other variables outside the model.
