THE EFFECT OF SELF-EFFICACY ON STUDENT LEARNING INDEPENDENCEThis research is a quantitative research with a causal approach, the purpose of this research is to know the effect of self-efficacy towards the independence of student learning. The population of this research 215 students of fifth grade in Elementary Schools as a group two, Bojonggenteng sub District, Sukabumi Regency in 2020/2021 with the quantity of sampple a’s much 68 students. The results of this reasearch indiactes there in the effec of self-efficacy towards the indeendence of student learning with coefficientvalue of path as big as 0,63 and a regression equation Ŷ = 10.12+ (0.93X). that thing means that every enhancement one unit self-efficacy (X) will increase the independence of student learning (Y) as big as 0.93 units. The contribution of the self-efficacy variable in increase independence of student learning (r²) as big as 0.40 with determination coefficient cooficient as bis as 40% and the remain 60% can be affected by other factors. Based in research above, we can conclude that there is a positive influence of self-efficacy towards the independence of student learning. This thing means that one of the factors in increasing independence of student learning ability is by increasing self-efficacy
ABSTRACT Elderly is someone who has entered the age of 60 years and over. Elderly is an age group in humans who have entered the final stage of their life phase. In the elderly, individuals experience a lot of problems, generally the elderly feel anxiety, loneliness, reduced emotional stability, and also experience dysfunction in their organs. This is because the elderly have physical limitations and have had traumatic experiences such as losing their family, children, spouse, and so on. Elderly community groups deserve the attention of all elements of government and the surrounding environment, but in reality elderly community groups are often ignored, and forgotten. Psychosocial support is needed to maintain emotional stability in the elderly and prepare for death. The provision of physical training in the form of elderly exercise and psychoeducation is given to encourage the elderly to remain happy and empowered even though they are no longer at their productive age. Lansia merupakan kelompok umur pada manusia yang telah memasuki tahapan akhir dari fase kehidupannya.Pada masa lansia individu mengalami banyak sekali permasalahan, umumnya lansia merasakan kecemasan, kesepian, berkurangnya stabilitas emosi, dan juga mengalami disfungsi terhadap organ tubuhnya. Hal-hal tersebut disebabkan karena lansia mempunyai keterbatasan fisik, serta mempunyai pengalaman yang traumatis seperti kehilangan keluarga, anak, pasangan, dan seterusnya. Kelompok masyarakat lanjut usia sudah sepatutnya menjadi perhatian oleh seluruh elemen pemerintahan maupun lingkungan sekitar, akan tetapi pada realitanya kelompok masyarakat lanjut usia sering kali ditepikan, dan dilupakan. Dukungan psikososial sangat diperlukan demi menjaga stabilitas emosi lansia, dan bersiap untuk menghadapi kematian. Pemberian latihan fisik berupa senam lansia dan psikoedukasi ini diberikan guna mengajak lansia untuk tetap bahagia, dan berdaya sekalipun tidak lagi berada pada usia produktif. The conflict between continuously acquires a lot of attention of many groups as it causes a lot disadvantage, either death, the conflict, the villagers tried to rebui something destroyed after the traumatic event need positive emotion as a foundation. This research intends to examine more deeply on how these two villagers' emotions are, especially in an attempt to create harmo villages and their people. Next, to explore the positive consequence of those emotions which impact positively on the villagers in creating peace among them. This research uses the Indigenous psychology approach, with qualitative method through surveys and interviews on the villagers from both villages. the participantsini this research were 86 participants living in Kumun and TanjungPauh village. which arise when the empathy, love of peace, solidarity, the feeling of prosperous and conducive and there is still a feeling of scared. The factors influenced these emotions are the affiliation need, religions, cul socio-economy. From those results, the researchers concluded that the villagers' emotions are conditional meaning that when the escalation of the conflict exists people should be able to
Physical distancing and stay-at-home instructions to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 have led various organizations to change their work policy from work from the office to work from home. The specific objective of this study is to examine the link between the readiness of work-home resources in carrying out work from home, work motivation, and work-family conflict. The questionnaire is distributed to lecturers of public higher education institutes in Indonesia through online media by quantitative methods. Data from 131 respondents were then processed using SEM-SmartPLS. The results showed that work-home resource readiness negatively affected work-family conflict and significantly positively affected work motivation. Work motivation has no significant positive impact on work-family conflict. Thus, work motivation cannot mediate the relationship between work-home resource readiness and work-family conflict. Further research regarding work-home resources readiness in another job field would give a different perspective as lecturers have more independent working time than other employees.
The State of malnutrition and more nutrition in infant and children is due to improper complementary feeding habits and the mother ignorance of the benefits and the correct way of providing complementary feeding so that it affects the mother’s behavior in giving MP-ASI. This research is a descriptive correlation study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were mothers who had children aged 6-24 months at the primary health center Putri Ayu Kota Jambi.The description of mother's knowledge about MP-ASI is in the good category as many as 51 respondents (57%). The nutritional status of infants aged 6-24 months is in the good category of 68 infants (76%). There is a significant relationship between knowledge and nutritional status where the p-value is 0.027 (p <0.05).There is a significant relationship between knowledge and nutritional status where the p-value is 0.027 (p <0.05). It is expected that mothers of toddlers play a more active role in finding information in providing good and correct MP-ASI so that toddlers grow up healthy and develop optimally. ABSTRAK Keadaan kurang gizi dan gizi yang lebih pada bayi dan anak disebabkan karena kebiasaan pemberian MP-ASI yang tidak tepat dan ketidaktahuan ibu tentang manfaat dan cara pemberian MP-ASI yang benar sehingga berpengaruh terhadap perilaku ibu dalam pemberian MP-ASI.Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian descriptive korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang mempunyai anak usia 6-24 bulan di Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi. Gambaran pengetahuan ibu tentang MP-ASI berada dalam kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 51 responden (57%). Gambaran status gizi pada bayi usia 6-24 bulan berada dalam kategori baik yaitu 68 bayi (76%). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan status gizi dimana p-Value sebesar 0,027 (p <0,05).Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan status gizi dimana p-Value sebesar 0,027 (p <0,05).
