The smooth running of business in activities in the workplace occurs when there is a harmonious relationship between employers and workers based on working relationships in an industrial environment. Workers should feel well-being as part of the membership of a business enterprise. This study aims to determine the correlation between worker welfare and industrial relations. Observations were made in a company with a workforce of more than 1000 people in East Java Province. The number of samples taken was 100 people with purposive sampling technique. The collected data is then processed through the SPSS program with statistical correlation techniques. The results obtained are that there is a significant correlation of worker welfare and industrial relations. The form of correlation is positive or unidirectional and quite strong. The better and the welfare felt by the workers, the better and harmonious industrial relations will be created on both sides.
The construction industry involves many parties with various competencies and is related to the role of human resources in construction service companies. Human resource governance has contributed to the success and smooth operation of construction service companies. Human resources must be managed properly. Various management policy actions seek to utilize humans as a driver for the realization of organizational goals. Employee performance is an indication of the achievement of company goals. Supervision, compensation system, and organizational commitment are elements that affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision, compensation system, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research was conducted in a construction service company in Surabaya involving 61 employees as respondents. The study used multiple linear regression analysis involving t test and F test as an analytical tool. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneously the three independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Stres kerja menjadi perhatian khusus yang telah berkembang di banyak perusahaan. Ini dapat berakibat kerugian bagi perusahaan bila tidak ditangani dengan benar. Karyawan yang memiliki tingkat stres tinggi dan berkepanjangan akan berniat meninggalkan perusahaan karena tidak memiliki modal psikologis, modal sosial dan modal manusia yang tangguh yang mampu menangani beban dan tuntutan pekerjaan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah mengetahui keterkaitan antara modal psikologis, modal sosial, dan modal manusia dengan stres kerja. Ada 100 responden yang diambil secara purposive sampling dari di bagian produksi sebagai sampel studi ini. Alat analisis adalah korelasi Spearman. Studi ini menemukan bahwa modal psikologis, modal sosial, dan modal manusia memiliki korelasi dengan stres pekerjaan. Kekuatannya berbeda satu sama lain. Modal psikologis ditemukan memiliki korelasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan modal sosial dan modal manusia.
SMEs are one of the contributors to increasing the national economy. SMEs themselves are able to have a good impact on the environment around SMEs. SMEs create job opportunities for local residents. The problem that often occurs in SMEs in Indonesia is the difficulty of SMEs to get business capital and how the personality of the business owner is. This quantitative research was conducted on SMEs in Kediri, East Java. Sampling was done by random sampling. The sample used was 46 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. Business capital has a significant effect on the development of SMEs. The personality of the SMEs owner has a significant influence on the development of SMEs. Business capital and the personality of the SMEs owner have a significant effect on the joint development of SMEs.
Sistem pendidikan yang beradaptasi era pasca Covid-19 ditandai dengan era “new normal”. Di sisi lain, peralihan pendidikan karakter di lingkungan keluarga, membawa masalah baru yaitu kurang dikonsepnya pendidikan karakter di lingkungan keluarga. Akhirnya, muncul urgensi degradasi moral akademik pada generasi milenial. Maka dari itu, pendidikan diharuskan bertransformasi untuk memberikan penguatan pendidikan karakter di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan mengetahui pemahaman mahasiswa tentang pendidikan karakter dan bagaimana mahasiswa memberikan solusi terhadap ancaman kemerosotan moral di era new normal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode Accidental sampling. Dengan jumlah sampel 24 dari mahasiswa di Jawa Timur. Data dari penelitian ini didapat dari pengisian kuesioner menggunakan Google Form dan penyebaran informasi melalui poster dalam Instagram. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan mahasiswa sudah memahami pentingnya pendidikan karakter dan dapat memberikan cara atau solusi untuk membentuk karakter di era new normal.
