Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa Video Animasi Terhadap Pengetahuan Konsep Pola Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development).Hasil dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengacu pada langkah yang dikemukakan oleh Sugiyono (2016); 1) potensi dan masalah. 2) pengumpulan data dan informasi. 3) desain produk. 4) validasi produk; (a) uji ahli materi; (b) uji ahli media. 5) revisi produk; (a) teknik pengumpulan data; (b) observasi; (c) angket; (d) dokumentasi. Kelayakan video animasi Rata-rata penilaian validator ahli materi mendapatkan presentase kelayakan sebesar 82,2% sehingga penilaian yang dicapai validator ahli materi mendapatkan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Sedangkan rata-rata penilaian validator ahli media mendapatkan presentase kelayakan sebesar 79%, sehingga penilaian yang dicapai dari validator ahli media mendapatkan kategori “Layak”. Kemudian hasil rata-rata penilaian dari 5 guru masing-masing mendapat presentase kelayakan sebesar 88,4%, 85,6%, 82,8%, 85,6%, dan 82,8% dengan rata-rata keseluruhan dari 5 guru keteria presentase kelayakan 85,04% dari persentase penilaian ke 5 guru mendapatkan kategori “Sangat Layak”.Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi yang diperoleh maka video animasi layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran konsep pola anak usia 5-6 tahun.
Indonesia is a country that has a high potential for natural disasters. Picture story book is a form of disaster management learning that can help children from an early age to prepare for a natural disaster. The aims of this study to develop story books as a disaster management learning media, to improve knowledge and skills of children and teacher about the understanding, principles, and actions of rescue when facing the natural disasters, to increase the teacher’s learning quality in disaster management. Developmental research approach is used to execute the study. A total of 48 children aged 5-6 years have to carry out pre-test and post-test. Pre-test data shows that children's knowledge about disaster management with an average of 47.92% and its improved at post-test with 76,88%. Five theme of story books involves floods, landslides, earthquakes, tsunamis, lands and forest fires is the product. Dissemination of five story books are proper for children and improve their understanding of disaster management. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghasilkan suatu media edukasi perlindungan anak untuk mengurangi perilaku kekerasan pada anak. Perlindungan anak merupakan permasalahan yang harus mendapatkan perhatian dari setiap pihak. Untuk meningkatkan perlindungan terhadap anak diperlukan suatu media edukasi yang dapat digunakan dengan mudah oleh setiap pihak, baik oleh orang tua, guru, maupun anak tersebut. Media edukasi yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam bentuk buku cerita bergambar. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi oleh tiga orang ahli diperoleh hasil sebesar 95% dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil uji lapangan pada 15 orang tua, 14 orang guru, dan 11 orang anak juga diketahui bahwa media edukasi buku bergambar sangat baik dan dapat dipahami dari segi cover, isi, dan tampilan buku cerita. berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku cerita seri perlindungan anak sangat baik, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan orang tua, guru, dan anak tentang perlindungan anak sehingga dapat mengurangi perilaku kekerasan pada anak.
Penelitian ini bermaksud membuktikan adanya pengaruh buku cerita bergambar berkaitan dengan pengetahuan manajemen bencana anak. Adapun metode penelitiannya merupakan eksperimen dengan bentuk quasi eksperimental design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 48 anak yang berada pada usia 5-6 tahun. Data pengetahuan manajemen bencana anak dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes pengetahuan tentang manajemen bencana. Adapun hasil dari studi ditemukan pengaruh buku cerita bergambar berkenaan dengan pengetahuan manajemen bencana pada anak. Dengan nilai thitung= 25,790 dan probabilitas sig t= 0,000. Buku cerita bergambar memberikan pengaruh terhadap pengetahuan manajemen bencana pada anak sebesar 55,94%. Kebaruan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya memperkenalkan manajemen bencana kepada anak usia dini melalui sumber bacaan yang memiliki gambar sehingga pesan yang terdapat pada buku tersebut dapat tersampaikan dengan baik.
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menciptakan games edukatif berbasis android dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal angka untuk anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah riset dan pengembangan. Subjek penelitian merupakan anak usia 5-6 tahun yang berada di TK Pembina 3, TK Pembina 1 dan TK Babussalam di Kota Pekanbaru. Sampel dalam riset ini merupakan anak usia dini yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui lembar validasi dari ahli materi, media dan guru TK serta pre-test dan post-test mengenai kemampuan mengenal angka setelah menggunakan games edukatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan metode observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil riset mengungkapkan bahwa games edukatif berbasis android teruji meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal angka. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ditemui bahwa games edukatif ini memiliki kelayakan. Kebaruan yang ditemui dalam riset ini adalah pentingnya meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal angka melalui pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi informasi dalam bentuk games edukatif
