Education has been one of the most affected sectors since the corona pandemic. Like many countries affected, the Indonesian government has taken several precautions needed to reduce the spread of the virus. This causes obstacles in all educational activities, especially in the teaching and learning process. This article aims to illustrate assistance in redesigning learning model in this pandemic period by applying an online service-learning approach. The results show that educators are given many choices of online media that can be used for the teaching and learning processes, ranging from social media (WhatsApp and Facebook), learning management systems media (google classroom, Edmodo), and video conferencing (Zoom, google meet). In redesigning this learning model, educators mostly used WhatsApp as the main media in delivering the material in online classes, while the Google Classroom LMS media was used for managing the students' assignments
This study aims to develop intertextual-based learning strategies using visualization models to improve students' spatial abilities on molecular geometry concepts. In this study using the method of Research and Development (RD). The research subjects used were 20 high school 10th grade students. In this study the instrument used was in the form of an intertextual-based learning strategy validation sheet with visualization models, 3D visualization software, and spatial ability tests. Spatial ability consists of three indicators to be evaluated, namely spatial relations, spatial orientation, and spatial visualization. The results of intertextual-based learning strategy research with developed visualization models can improve spatial ability. Students can understand molecular geometry from the concept of VSEPR theory and valence bond theory. Results pre-test student on the spatial relations (26.67%), spatial orientation (10.10%), and spatial visualization (7.41%). After being tested intertextual-based learning strategies with visualization models of students' post-test results on the spatial relations (58.33%), spatial orientation (50.00%), and spatial visualization (27.78%).
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui profesionalisme guru dan kontribusi peranan Kepala Sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan obyek penelitian di SMPN I Pegaden Kabupaten Subang dan sumber wawancara diperoleh dari beberapa informan diantara nya kepala sekolah, guru, pegawai tata usaha, siswa, orang tua siswa, didukung expert judgement dari Kepala Dinas Pendidikan & Kebudayaan Kabupaten Subang, Sekretaris Dinas Pendidikan & Kebudayaan Kabupaten Subang, Korwas dan Pembina SMP Dinas Pendidikan & Kebudayaan Kabupaten Subang, jugaTokoh Masyarakat pengamat pendidikan. Analisis data hasil wawancara menggunakan software NVIVO pro12. Adapun hasil wawancara, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepala Sekolah telah melaksanakan kewajibannya, baik dari pendekatan POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling), maupum melalui pendekatan peran Emaslim” (Edukator, Manajer, Administrator, Supervisor, Leader, Inovator, dan Motivator). Sedangkan Profesionalis Guru, menunjukkan kompetensi pedogogik Guru lebih dominan, dibanding kompetensi kepribadian, professional dan sosial. Hasil analisis dari NVivo pro12 For windows dengan metode clustered by Coding Similarity. Keseluruhan hasil informan menyebar pada berbagai titik, posisi titik tentunya akan memberikan informasi bahwa peran Kepala Sekolah sebagai Educator, motivator, Inovator, lebih menonjol, dibandingkan dengan peran sebagai Leader, Supervisor, Entrepreneur dan Manajer. Sedangkan hasil grafik dari informan, menunjukkan Profesionalisme Guru, lebih kuat pada kompetensi pedagogik. Dengan demikian kompetensi kepribadian, profesional dan sosial, harus lebih ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan ilmiah dan kegiatan lainnya yang terstruktur dan terukur.
Persaingan yang semakin ketat perusahaan perbankan dan terbatasnya sumber daya manusia yang profesional dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia terutama dibidang budaya organisasi dan komitmen dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan khususnya di bank bjb kantor wilayah I Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriftip dan verifikatif, hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan alat analisis SEM (Struktural Equestion Model) hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan komitmen memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap budaya organisasi dan komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi di bank bjb didominasi oleh sikap profesionalisme petugas yang bekerja di bank bjb, komitmen didominasi oleh coustumer service yang saling membantu di saat jam-jam sibuk, sedangkan kinerja karyawan terlihat dengan adanya peningkatan dana pihak ketiga yang dapat memberikan profit bagi kesejahteraan bank bjb dan kinerja karyawan diapresiasi oleh bank bjb dengan memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan berupa bonus penghasilan lebih.
