Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, etos kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 104 responden yang juga sebagai populasi penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang mencakup Uji F, Uji T, Uji Hipotesis dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian Uji T menyatakan bahwa: lingkungan kerja (X1) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y1), etos kerja (X2) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y1), disiplin kerja (X3) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y1), lingkungan kerja (X1), etos kerja (X2), disiplin kerja (X3) mempunyai pengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y1), lingkungan kerja (X1), etos kerja (X2) dan disiplin kerja (X3) secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektifitas kinerja karyawan (Y1). Hasil Uji F hitung variabel lingkungan kerja (X1), etos kerja (X2) dan disiplin kerja (X3) dengan signifikan 0.000 < α = 0.05 serta bertanda positif menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja, etos kerja, disiplin kerja, kinerja karyawan ABSTRACT This research is intended to know the influence of work environment, hard worker, and disclipne of employees. The method that is used in this research is quantitative method. The data is taken from questionnaires spread as much 104 respondent that is also as the research population. The technique of data anaysis which is used to test this hypothesis is regression linear double analysis include test of F, test of T, test of hypothesis and determination coefficient. The results of the T test study stated that: work environment (X1) has an effect on employee performance (Y1), work ethic (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y1), work discipline (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y1), work environment (X1), work ethic (X2), work discipline (X3) has an effect simultaneously on employee performance (Y1), work environment (X1), work ethic (X2) and work discipline (X3) together have a significant influence on the effectiveness of employee performance (Y1).Result of test F count of work environment variable (X1), work ethic (X2) and work discipline (X3) with significant 0.000 <α = 0.05 and positive sign showed that simultaneously affect to employee performance.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Swasta di Kecamatan Tempeh. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah populasinya adalah semua guru SMK Swasta Kecamatan Tempeh Lumajang sebanyak 53 orang guru dan kepala sekolah. Untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) koefisien motivasi sebesar 0.239 menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, yang berarti semakin tinggi motivasi seorang guru maka kinerja guru tersebut juga akan semakin meningkat, (2) disiplin kerja memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0.266, menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, yang berarti semakin disiplin seorang guru dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya maka kinerja guru tersebut juga akan semakin meningkat, (3) Koefisien kepemimpinan sebesar 0.333 menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, yang berarti jika kepemimpinan kepala sekolah semakin baik maka akan meningkatkan kinerja guru, (4) secara konstanta sebesar 0.741 menunjukkan besarnya kinerja guru ketika motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan tidak diperhatikan oleh pihak sekolah. Jadi apabila motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan tidak diperhatikan oleh pihak sekolah, kinerja guru masih ada sebesar 74.1%. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengusulkan dan menguji model konseptual untuk memecahkan suatu kesenjangan antara penelitian tentang pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. Kami mengadopsi teori kinerja Malcolm Baldrige Criteria untuk sebuah keunggulan kinerja yang ada di perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Bank Jatim Cabang Situbondo. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 95. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, kompetensi kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan tranformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan tranformasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja.
Background - The company has provided occupational safety and health facilities to avoid work accidents, but employees still do not use the equipment that has been provided. This can affect the performance of employees in carrying out their work. Objective - This study aims to determine the partial effect of work safety (X1), occupational health (X2) and work environment (X3) towards employee performance (Y) of PT Sinar Sosro KP Jember. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research used a quantitative method approach. The population in this study were the employees of PT Sinar Sosro KP Jember and covered 32 employees as the number of samples. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with data instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing (t test and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS 21.0 for Windows software application. Findings - The results of this study indicate that, partially, the work safety variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with significance value of 0.026. Partially, the occupational health variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with significance value of 0.028. While the work environment variable (X3) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with significance value of 0.013. The adjusted R-squared value of 0.799. This indicates that 79% of variations in employee performance variable can be well explained by occupational safety, occupational health and work environment variables. The remaining value of 0.21 or 21% is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study. Research implications - The results of this study are expected to be input and as additional information for the company in providing occupational safety and health facilities to the performance of employees at PT Sinar Sosro KP Jember. Research limitations - The limitations of this study are that it only uses three variables while there are many other factors that can affect employee performance, and the sample used is still small so it cannot be generalized to all companies.
